NCRA Mid-term Review Guidelines
About six months prior to the start of your project’s third year, AA’s and committee members should make sure they have properly prepared all required reporting materials for their mid-term review. Mid-term reviews in the NC region require the following:
- The project’s most recent/updated impact statement should be emailed to the NCRA Office by December 15. Please check here to see if your impact statement is current. If it's more than 5 years old, please send a new one to the NCRA office. Click here for a blank form to fill out.
- Annual reports (SAES-422) from the past three years should have been uploaded into NIMSS within 60 days of each annual meeting. Check your reports in NIMSS by selecting Reports/Meetings >> Search for a Report and use your current project number as the search parameter.
- The AA’s NIMSS-based review form (found under Reviews >> Submit a Review) must be completed no later than December 15.
**EFFECTIVE fall 2010: All NC-type projects must include evidence of external funding/leverage in their annual reports. This information is requested, but not mandatory for NCCCs and NCERAs.
Please be aware that the mid-term review materials are evaluated by the NCACs and the MRC and the process is an important facet of our overall project renewal system. Projects that do not submit the required mid-term review materials may subject to early termination by the NCRA's Multistate Review Committee.
Finally, all required materials for mid-term reviews are due by December 15. This deadline allows the NCRA office enough time to assemble the materials and forward them to our NCAC's.
